    Not your typical jerky but in all the right ways. Delicious steak house taste in jerky form. One of the best I've ever had in any flavor.

    Its not run of the mill and the ginger isn't overpowering like I thought it would be. Def need to love garlic.

    Decent Flavor but Dry

    Garlic/ginger flavor is mildly to mediumly present. Flavor is decent.

    Shortcomings are for the texture and dryness - both are subpar. Decent flavor cannot make up for the jerky being quite dry and having a poor texture and mouthfeel.

    Great flavor

    I typically avoid ginger and I would not have purchased this product. The smell is fantastic and the taste is top drawer. We would definitely recommend! Ill be buying more!
