Honestly kinda disappointing. Same sorta firm texture as the teriyaki but the flavor really leaves something to be desired. Like it wasn't seasoned enough. It's savory and a little salty but not by much, just kinda meh. 5/10 flavor, 6/10 texture.

Not your typical jerky but in all the right ways. Delicious steak house taste in jerky form. One of the best I've ever had in any flavor.
