Purchase different bags of jerky to see which one I like best. This was the only one that tasted good and I could actually bite into without actually having to almost rip my teeth out..
It's all gone I can't wait till I get more. Did not think that would be the case but I was Pleasantly surprised
You can't go wrong with Kalahari Biltong Spicy Peri Peri!! Once you try this biltong you will never want to ever eat beef jerky again. When they say it is made from hand-cut strips of the best American beef, marinated in a tried and true mix of vinegar, salt, pepper, coriander, rosemary, and a pinch of peri peri chili, you best believe you got something special. Since discovering it I have introduced it to my family and friends plus I have watched videos on how to make it. As you start chewing this biltong, it starts to immediately break down and melt in your mouth sending all the flavors across your tongue and throughout your mouth, whereas if you were eating beef jerky it tends to breaks down in chunks then into smaller chunks taking a very long to break down before swallowing and half the time not breaking down all the way in your mouth before swallowing. The main reasons I love Kalahari Biltong Spicy Peri Peri is that it is so so tender with a tad bit spicy verses the tough beef jerky. I can’t express enough how tender it is, like I’m eating a fine steak. DEFINETLY EXTRAORDINAY. So I highly recommend this biltong and I already have repurchased.
After reading the review, I only bought a couple of the 3 ounce bags of Papa's Best Batch Roasted Garlic Smoked Pistachios, thinking I'll give them a try. The woman said how her family loved them, so again I thought two 3 oz. bags would be enough for me, one person. No, it will not be enough people. I ate the first bag within minutes of it arriving and had to force myself from devouring the second bag. There is not enough to share with anyone. Not knowing I had already eaten the first bag my sister saw I had an unopened bag of Papa's Best Batch Roasted Garlic Smoked Pistachios, and said I she wanted to try them, and that I should have got her some so therefore I should share half the bag with her which I did. Again NO, these little 3 oz. bags are not for sharing, and you will not get enough once you taste them. The 3 ounces are just enough to piss you off that you didn't buy more. These of Papa's Best Batch Roasted Garlic Smoked Pistachios are so tasty and top of the line. When I normally purchase pistachios it's in a huge bag and I'm able to enjoy them over the month. My recommendation to the company to offer a 16 oz. bag at the least and to stop playing with the people offering these 3 oz. bags. I highly recommend trying this product you will be very happy you did.
I loved it, best tasting jerky highly recommended this one for everyone !jerky gent is the greatest!
Out of the box I had I had several favorites one wad definitely a miss but hey it happens all in all worth it to fond new and small batch brands to get behind and support!
I love being able to try the small batch jerkys from all over. Everything I got was delicious!
I like most of the jerky flavors. Since they are samples it makes sense that not all will be a home run
If you see them at the next farmers market…. Continue walking. We tried to support a local business but….
The coffee flavor was palpable, but the jerky had a bit more of a spicey kick than I was expecting. Not for me, but I could see someone else enjoying it if they like some pepper in their coffee.
I couldn't even get past the smell. If by "earthy," you mean "tastes like ****," then yes... it's earthy. Sorry.
I really like the products I've been receiving. I think my last package came with two 2oz packets. They are so small and leave much to be desired. It be nice if the smallest pack was 4oz.
Just not worth the price. Close to $10/2oz pouch of jerky! WOW gift that comes every month, but big price tag! Would not purchase again & makes me rethink subscription gifts for the future!
Very good jerky, has a very forward sweet cherry taste then the spice comes in. It really isn't very spice jut enough for you to notice there is a bit of heat to it.
