Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options depending on your location and selected preferences at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority Mail): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping promotions on select products or orders over a certain value. These offers will be clearly stated on-site.
Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package's progress in real time. You can also find tracking information by logging into your account through JerkyGent.com.
Subscription Orders
For JerkyGent Subscription Box customers, you will be charged for your first box on the day you place the order, and it will ship within 1 business day. All future boxes will be charged on the 10th of the month and shipped within 3–5 business days.
If you are purchasing a prepaid gift subscription, you can select your ship date once you add the gift item to the cart.
You will receive a tracking number via email each time your box ships.
Shipping Delays or Issues
JerkyGent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@jerkygent.com, and we’ll be happy to help track it down.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the package at an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking number shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
