Cayenne Maple Beef Jerky. The OG. The One That Started It.
This is the flavor that launched Pegasus Jerky Co. and it’s still the one fans come back to. Texas Pepper brings a savory maple marinade with a real spark of cayenne and cracked black pepper that keeps things bold without going overboard. It’s deep, it’s got attitude, and it tastes like someone in Texas spent a long time perfecting a recipe and then never changed it because they nailed it the first time. (They basically did.)
Handcrafted, gluten free, all natural, no preservatives. Tender, soft, and vacuum sealed. Customers are calling it “great flavor” with a texture that’s “soft and chewy.” The one that started it all is still the one to beat. 2oz bag.
Tasting Notes
