Ultimate Bacon Jerky Gift Box

I ordered from JerkyGent before Christmas on 12/13, expecting both items to arrive in time as gifts for our service workers.

Unfortunately, only half of my order was fulfilled, and the greeting card message was packaged with the incorrect order. I reached out to them immediately upon receipt (12/20), but their initial (likely automated) response wasn't until 12/22 and by the the time a human support member acknowledged (12/29) and attempted to send a replacement, the holidays had already passed. The item was finally delivered (1/7), but obviously very late.

The fulfillment of this order was extremely disappointing and I had to then print a shipping label and return the order for a refund, which is inconvenient. I'm certainly not entitled to any discounts or accommodations, but I was surprised that they offered nothing at all, not even a "10% off your next order for the inconvenience".

If you're looking for an ordering experience that is accurate and timely, I'd recommend much caution with Jerkygent as they greatly failed me, and their customer service response was slow and left much to be desired. Will never order from here again.

Got this box for my husband. We loved trying the different flavor you can't get in the stores.
