Advertised as beef jerky but what was delivered was chicken. So they get a one star. The package I received said chicken in the ingredient section but it's been updated to include beef in the mix.. I was not a fan. The little squares of extruded meat was a bit prefab for me. Sorry. I know the makers worked hard to craft a quality product. The flavor took a Southwest/New Mexico bend with Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce being the biggest flavor. Slightly sweet. I'm s chipotle fan but this one was not for me. Heat is mild.
