People's Choice Beef Jerky Test Kitchen Gochujang, 2.0-oz

Real Gochujang. Real Beef Jerky. Really Obsessed.

People's Choice didn't just throw gochujang on some beef and call it a day. Their Test Kitchen Gochujang uses 100% pure gochujang from Sinto Gourmet, an artisanal Korean chili paste made with sweet rice flour, red pepper powder, millet malt, and sea salt. The result is a thick, chewy jerky with rich Korean spice, deep savory umami, and a hint of sweet heat that sneaks up on you like a plot twist you should have seen coming. But didn't. And now you need another piece to process it.

Handmade in their family's LA kitchen. Four generations deep. 100% USA Angus beef, all natural, real ingredients. 14g protein per bag. This is what happens when a 90 year old jerky legacy decides to experiment.

Tasting Notes

🫘 Rich Gochujang — Authentic Korean chili paste brings deep, fermented spice with layered complexity
