A Cuban classic of garlic, lime and cilantro brings out the natural flavor of whole cuts of premium beef. Marinated all day and then dried to perfection every time.
The flavor on this jerky is great. The lime and garlic are well balanced and go well together. Unfortunately, this jerky is far too moist to be enjoyed. I'm not even sure you can call this jerky. It's more like slightly dried raw meat. I ate one piece and threw the bag away. I do not recommend this at all.
