I loved this beef jerky and couldn't believe it was low sodium. I started buying in bulk. I sent one off to lab to measure just to be sure. Sodium was 10 times higher than what is listed on the package. 65 mg/28g*1000 g/kg should be 2321 mg/kg. Instead the lab measured 24400 mg/kg.

Like the low Sodium Jerky
Tastes just as good as the regular jerky but with 1/3 the sodium. Nice. Wish they had an even plainer flavor, just salt and beef.

Great product!
This jerky was very flavorful despite not having a lot of sodium and no sugar. This is a great low carb choice.
