Somewhere between the campfire and the cattle drive, this flavor was born. VP Jerky's Cowboy Chili takes the hearty, warming soul of a slow-simmered campfire chili and packs it into tender strips of beef jerky with bold seasoning, rich smokiness, and enough cowboy energy to make your couch feel like the open range. It's the kind of jerky that tastes like it should come with a sunset and a cast iron skillet — but instead it comes in a bag, which is honestly more convenient.
VP Jerky was started by a high schooler named Vince who hated every jerky he'd ever tasted and decided to make one worth eating. He started selling bags out of his backpack between classes — got so popular the school shut him down. He found a loophole (walked to the edge of campus), broke his own sales record, and eventually took the brand legit. Today VP Jerky is alive, well, and still proving that the best jerky comes from people who refused to settle for what's already out there.

Why This Jerky?
VP Jerky was literally born out of spite — Vince tried every jerky on the market, hated all of them, and said "I'll do it myself." Simple ingredients, high quality, small-batch, and a genuine obsession with making jerky better than anyone else.
