Can tell it's good quality meat. But too spicy for me. Takes away from the beef and smokehouse flavor

BBQ Mesquite flavor: Jerky lovers on low sodium diets will get hooked on this one
This jerky was very flavorful and met the parameters of my low sodium needs as a congestive heart failure patient. I often substitute this jerky for the protein in a light lunch.
