    It's not as sweet as I expected it to be. Like 50/50 savory and sweet, like zero heat which is fine with me. It's a decent taste, could use more ginger or some citrus or something to up the flavor profile. Texture is nice, not too tough, though a little too chewy, but not terrible. I like when they leave a little fat on the jerky. 7/10 taste, 8/10 texture.

    Of the two Korean jerkies we tried,this was definitely the better of the two. Great flavor, sesame seeds added to the texture. A bit of sweetness but not too much. Would get again.
