Let me preface first this jerky could be 5 star if they fixed their consistency issues.
When you get stock good piece, the flavor is outstanding, heat is mild to medium, texture also great (I'd classify this as more of a wet jerky). Flavor is somewhat sweet, so if that isn't your thing I'd stay away.
Half of the bag is as described above, while the rest has issues. The other half was dry, poor texture, lacking flavor, and zero spice.
Also, there definitely wasn't 2oz within this bag - maybe like 4 to 5 bite sized pieces and the bag was empty.
Fix these issues and easy 5 star jerky.
