Bad Stuff

This stuff rates less than one star. I admit up front that the Black Cherry I sampled was from a smaller package, but it was absolutely the worst jerky that I have ever tried. First, it had the consistency of shoe leather. Not the leather of the upper part of the shoe but of the shoe sole. Second, it had very little flavor, and that was of black cherry without a hint of bourbon. I like jerky, and will eat almost any flavor or brand, but Katie's Black Cherry Bourbon Beef Jerky went in the trash after the first try.
